Living in the country should not mean we cannot have the same access to great internet as others. Pure Broadband MI has given us that. Anthony was able to work with us to give us the best signal possible for our area. Thank you for providing us with great customer service.
No matter where you live, if you can't get Fiber, this is the next best option.
Only option I could find for rural internet that was not a satellite. Moved from the Grand Rapids, had fiber and this was the closest solution. The beautiful part is I’m living where I want, don’t have to deal with the rat race and have internet like the city. Big thank you to Anthony and Rick for getting me over 100 speed and unlimited data.

We just moved into a new house out in the country and found out we couldn’t get the same service we had before. We called up these guys and they had us connected in no time! We can watch our favorite shows and use our phones great. Super easy to use and great customer service! Thanks so much!
We can stream now!
We stream all the time, while on our phones, and our daughter is also streaming and on her phone. Occasionally we’ll get some buffering but it’s usually short lived. We don’t lose our internet in the rain or snow or wind. Significantly cheaper than what we used to pay for HughesNet and we couldn’t stream like we do now. Anthony was wonderful to work with! Very, very happy!
Unbeatable Fiber Internet Experience with Racquel in Three Rivers!
It almost seemed too good to be true when I first heard that I could have real FIBER internet installed at my home in Three Rivers at no install cost, and that it would slash my Xfinity bill by two-thirds. I was skeptical, I decided to take the leap—and I’m beyond pleased that I did!
The service was exactly as promised by Racquel, our local representative, and even surpassed my expectations. Now, every member of my household can be online simultaneously without any drop in speed. Working from home has become nothing short of a dream come true. The internet speed have transformed my daily life.
I must give all the credit to Racquel for her exceptional customer service, she visited me at my home took all the time I need to understand, let me take my time to decide, no pressure. I regret not signing up earlier to take advantage of the promotional rate she initially offered. Although I ended up paying a couple of dollars more per month, the level of service I’m receiving is worth it —honestly, I’d willingly pay six times the price for this quality of internet and customer service.

Rural Internet Savior
PBBM CountyWide has been our internet provider for almost 10 years. Amazing to be able to call customer service and a live person answers. Just like any service there is random outages, but couldn’t ask for more. Its so worth it. For the longest time we couldn’t even get service ( satellite only ) and was happy to find a company that could service us with real broadband and to have such good support. VFW Post 5315
