Excellent customer service
Living in the country should not mean we cannot have the same access to great internet as others. Pure Broadband MI has given us that. Anthony was able to work with us to give us the best signal possible for our area. Thank you for providing us with great customer service.
No matter where you live, if you can't get Fiber, this is the next best option.
Only option I could find for rural internet that was not a satellite. Moved from the Grand Rapids, had fiber and this was the closest solution. The beautiful part is I’m living where I want, don’t have to deal with the rat race and have internet like the city. Big thank you to Anthony and Rick for getting me over 100 speed and unlimited data.

We just moved into a new house out in the country and found out we couldn’t get the same service we had before. We called up these guys and they had us connected in no time! We can watch our favorite shows and use our phones great. Super easy to use and great customer service! Thanks so much!
We can stream now!
We stream all the time, while on our phones, and our daughter is also streaming and on her phone. Occasionally we’ll get some buffering but it’s usually short lived. We don’t lose our internet in the rain or snow or wind. Significantly cheaper than what we used to pay for HughesNet and we couldn’t stream like we do now. Anthony was wonderful to work with! Very, very happy!
Fiber is Amazing!
I’ve heard of Fiber internet but didn’t understand how it worked. Took a leap of faith, that the guy at my door was telling the truth. I WAS WOWED! Everything opens instantly and everyone in the house is now able to use multiple devices at same time and I thought Xfinity was highspeed… They cant compare. I was paying over $110 for “Xfinity Fast 300Mb” and lucky to see 150. Pure Broadband’s Fiber Speed Test 998 Down and 983 Up and only $65 total with all fees. BOOM!

AMAZING, as a gamer I was having troubles with Xfinity (Comcrap) service and had to reboot modem many times a week and we had went over the 1tb limit a few times… Called around and talked to Megan at Pure Broadband and she knew her stuff, was able to help me find a package that was faster than xfinity could ever dream of and it was 1/4 the cost. “MIND BLOWN”
Was installed the next day and took less than 2 hours. Fastest PING I have ever seen. Now able to Twitch stream my game as I play it.
